Email for users going to MY spam?

Hello,
whenever a user signs up for my website or tries to reset their password, I get this error message:

A message that you sent was rejected by the local scanning code that
checks incoming messages on this system. The following error was given:

"Relaying not permitted"

Is there a way to fix this? I have premium and had a tech support install it for me so I am not sure if this is something I can easily fix.

website have no enough reputation
Mail misconfiguration

Many other possibilities ask your provider about it. You may trying using SMTP component.
