Is there any component to disable comments for specific posts?
If I pin a post with the pinned post component, I want to disable comments sometimes

To my knowledge there's no such component or core feature.
I will add some comment-display options to the next release of Pinned Posts component, though.

If you want to turn off comments for a post on the wall, go to the post you posted and select "Turn off comments" in the post settings to turn off comments. I don't know if you play games or not, but I want to introduce you to the game slope game for your reference.
