I have add the hardest time obtaining a key, I just created an account on https://next.realfavicongenerator.net/ to see if that helps.

In configure menu > favicons > the. There obtain key from there save key from them that you get in website.

Once done upload the icon generate from same configure page

I'm in the admin section now, lets see how it all works out in the end.
Thank you so far. For people that is new to this it would be great if there were tutorials on favicons.
If i figure this out and get better i'll take time to make one.

Where are the instructions on how to configure and used the componnet ? I did enable it let me check the admin menu again.

No idea why you looking the files you just need to configure the component after enable and configure in admin menu

Update I changed the size of my logo image to 64X64 pixels then went to one of the conversion sites to get favicon.ico then I followed the direction on a previous discussion https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/discussion/view/4139/how-to-add-a-favicon-to-the-social-theme I upload the favicon but it does not seem to appear.

I went into the components folders I looked through the code and found the generator site https://realfavicongenerator.net/favicon_checker?protocol=http&site=poeticrecovery.us
It creates the images for us but only comes up with photos of operating systems. I want to have an image of my brand a smaller logo of my Open Mic. Is there a tutorial on how to change the favicon images on OSSN?
