When a user uploads a photo as a profile photo, the quality is mostly bad and the image is not clickable.
How can I change the upload quality and also make profile pictures clickable so you can "open" the profile picture like Wallpictures in Fancybox component ?

To improve the quality of your thumbnails and make them clickable, you can use libraries like ImageMagick to optimize images on the server. Wrap your images in <a> tags that link to a larger version, and use Fancybox to display the image when clicked.
