Upgrade from version 6.1 to 6.3

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade from version 6.1 to 6.3.
I can't do it.
I have tried with several versions of PHP up to 8.1.
It seems to me that many people have encountered the same difficulties.
Has a solution been found?

You need to disable web chat component before upgrade or delete the directory from components folder

What is the issue? Here you didn't mentioned any error
