Somehow email notifications does not work. (Bought the component.)
It seems that I config smtp the right way. https://ibb.co/R9PP0Pn.
I use free smtp2go.

After you have installed email notifications, you should attempt to install SMTP.

Try to install SMTP after installing email notifications
