How can we have a email notification everytime someone writes something on the news feed, without being friends?

things will get difficult when it comes to larger sites who would need to send hundreds of mails simultaneously just because of one new post

Yeah, but that component is only enhancing Ossn's default notifications. I does NOT send any emails, though.

I want all members to get a notification by email, when there is a message on the news feed.

What does it mean without being friends ?
Does it mean: You receive an email notification every time someone who IS your friend writes something on the news feed?
