As Arsalan stated, going live would require a media service provider in addition to writing an OSSN component interface to said provider. No small task and within this community, probably cost prohibitive. DIY is more than likely only path and if interested there's a solid media server (FREE) on github that could serve as part one of a two part OSSN solution.

I don't think shared providers support such a facility. You need to look a service that provides live feature and api for integration
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
