I MAKE using open source social networking, but when all installed already running When users register their activation emails NO ENTRY into their email notice how the solution?

Actually, I'm unable to add a new discussion at all.
Instead I'm getting a:

on screen.

I'm just wondering why we're getting these duplicates on new discussions all of a sudden?
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
