How i can upgrade v2.0 to 3.1.when i upgrade then show white page. :(

There is no 3.1 version of Ossn, are you talking about v3.01? Did you disabled v2.x non core components ?
During update you just have to keep two files, configuration/ossn.config.db.php and configuration/ossn.config.site.php
@David , i am sure you are upgrading in wrong way, i have upgrade 10-20 2.x websites to v3.01 without any issue.

Remove all Ossn files from your site, except configuration folder, also themes and components and then Upload latest files. then http://yourwebsite.com/upgrade/upgrade.php , butt now show white page :(

what process did you follow?
