personally I'm suggesting you that do not use this bcoz right sidebar'll get cover through chat bar.

just go to folder components >> OssnChat >> plugins >> default >> css, and open OssnChat.php file
and search for 1360
then change the value 1360 to 500

just press and hold Ctrl + Scroll Down(middle mouse scroll), actually chat list appearing in right side of the image depends upon the screen wideness.
