Am posted ad's in this ossn but when am click on that ad's that open in same window or tab. can any one tell me who to open ad's in new tab when click on that.

Please the ads is not opening in a new tab, what can I do?
I view the components/adklickable/default/pages/ads/view-smail.php
But I don't know what I can put there to make it open in a new tab
