Please, house, I have changed the opensource logo on my website at http://facemechat.com and some contents and images in the index, but am trying to include favicon.ico, but I don't know how I can do it or where in the file should I add it to
Someone to put me through.

Mian Ji,
Have followed all the above instructions but favicon image is still not appearing, if i check it on http://mysite.com/favicon.ico its there
Is there any code i should add and which folder should i add it to

Simply create an favicon.ico file and upload it to your OSSN root directory. Restart the browser and view it. If not displayed yet, clear browser cache and cookies and restart again and Favicon will be displayed.
