When I uploaded the new 3.3 zip file of the ossn, this is what I received below, someone to help me do the upgrade
Archive: /home/facemech/publichtml/tmp5547-ossn-v3.3-14408673311802004217.zip End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. note: /home/facemech/publichtml/tmp5547-ossn-v3.3-14408673311802004217.zip may be a plain executable, not an archive unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/facemech/publichtml/tmp5547-ossn-v3.3-14408673311802004217.zip or /home/facemech/publichtml/tmp5547-ossn-v3.3-14408673311802004217.zip.zip, and cannot find /home/facemech/publichtml/tmp5547-ossn-v3.3-14408673311802004217.zip.ZIP, period.

Thanks Arsalan! I screwed up my test enviroment because I was missing a key step: Login to admin first. I just upgraded my site and everything is working great.

I have tried to do it, but it deleted all original users and I was unable to recover the files,
Please if u can help me, I will give you the login details to help me do it

You simply need to login to cpanel, go to filemanger, publichtml, upload a latest zip file, extract it, now go to publichtml/ossn/ move its files to public_html/ and run yourwebsite.com/upgrade/upgrade.php (login to admin account of ossn before running upgrade script)
