Administration page, I can not set anything (components, themes, etc ...) because even I click, nothing happens.
Adminisztrációs oldalon nem tudok semmit sem beállítani (komponensek, témák, stb...) mert hiába kattintok, nem történik semmi.

I tested your website it seems you are missing files from theme directory, the one of the file is:
themes/default/vendors/bootstrap/js/bootstrap.min.js
Please upload your themes directory again from original installation.

Try to flush cache.
