I need to launch ur script social media but i am afraid bcz ur script same like as Facebook so please if i launch site will i face to any problem in future

Yes its leagal as you are not using it as facebook trademark.
As per your message on facebook, there is no way to copy the facebook code and put it online.
So i can say its legal, if you are still not satisfied then wait until we release new theme which didn't look like facebook.
Ossn is released as free social network and its not commercial. You can download and change it in the way you want.
