Can't access my backend from my new ossn website

Hie people

I installed ossn on my website www.instaface.co.zw but i can't access my backend. If I try using the users i have created in php my admin they are saying wrong password or username. How best can I deal with this problem

Yeah,
that's what you told us already, and Ken and Arsalan gave you the instructions which way to create new accounts from your OSSN administrator backend. Delete those records you inserted by means of PHPMYADMIN and you're done.

I have created some accounts in php my admin but those usernames and passwords are being rejected

Of course when adding users manually it wont work. Try to reinstall Ossn and you can access backend using yourwebsite.com/administrator.

I would recommend you not create users in Phpmyadmin. You should just use OSSN backend to create the users. If you are not too far along with your site try a reinstall or delete the users you created.
