Whenever the change photo is clicked and after choosing a photo it does nothing , but if you will refresh the page that's when the photo will be displayed..its creating a lot of confusions to some people who are not patient enough , so any fix on this issue?

@Am thanks for report we will look into it
when click and go through notifications, for example, view/19#comments-item-19 a photo is not be shown
