I don't need to provide a test account because the error is only happening for few users.

When the error has happened, I asked 4 friends and only one of them had this issue as well.

So even if I would create a test account it's very likely that it does not have this issue.

Also this error is happening on my productive site and I don't want any test accounts on my productive site

At the moment I am waiting for the error to happen again so I can check the developer tools like Arsalan mentioned.

If it works and then stop working sometime that is strange issue. You should look into your browser console and see why images are not loading.

@eric, the error is not happening every day or every time, it is just happening sometimes and not on all devices

this is on my smarthphone right now with chrome

This is the same post few minutes later on macbook with chrome: you can see the profile picture, i just censored the face a little

and this is the same post on my macbook with safari

All with the same account just a few minutes between the screenshots

If I now clear the site cache or disable fancybox, the error is gone

In this example I disabled fancybox and enabled it again and now it is visible again on all devices

It is strange because fancy box doesn't do anything with user profile photo.

hello, there seems to be a cache problem with fancybox

sometimes I open my site and see this:

This is only happening on some devices -> i tried on several devices and browsers and only could reproduce it on safari on Mac and Chrome on Android

The only way to get rid of this "Image not available" is to temporarily deactivate fancybox or to clear the cache

other users already told me about that and in the last weeks it's happening more often

Now after adding photo in album, this wil be posted directly at the home wall without any option to response to when clicking, fancybox activated works, but then the image is not easy redirected to the option for an reaction or like. you have to click next to the image.
