Just post your customized translation file here and I will push it into a release if I had time.
Development Status: STABLE
@Michael Zülsdorff, I have edited the description now. The info about hCaptcha and the other stuffs has been removed.
I am sorry for what happened, I used to always put the documentation, history, background and all of the contents of my projects in my Github ReadMe and that practice was transferred in the component description here in OSSN. Sorry for that.
Why can't you simply upload a flawlessly working component without all that babble... (sigh)
More Clarification
You announced this one to be a working replacement for re-capcha, but it's not at all.
Its not me, I just copy-pasted the information about hCaptcha here. It is not my words.
"-Twitter Account of hCaptcha" (LOOK)
hCaptcha is a privacy-focused drop-in replacement for reCAPTCHA.
This comes from the Twitter page of hCaptcha and this phrase may be used by them as an advertising phrase.
If you are talking about this one:
Fully Working with no observed problems (Report them here if you found any)
That is all about if the component is STABLE, ALPHA or BETA in development phase. Not saying about the service of hCaptcha.
As in my example earlier, Firefox is not that popular than Chrome.
And that is the case with hCaptcha and ReCaptcha. Google LLC is a much bigger company than Intuition Machines, Inc. Just the same thing with Mozilla and Google.
Important: As I mentioned earlier, I respect your opinions and preferences. I do not say that this is better than anything else.
I have just brought an alternative to the OSSN captcha components. This is just like the plugins for other open source CMS software, that have a lot of alternative plugins for a similar functionality.
hCaptcha is useless not reliable. I prefer the captcha v2 much better.
Well, I cannot comment on your own preferences as it is your own. This component is just an alternative if you want to stay away from Google ReCaptcha due to some problems in GDPR.
Note: The part about the GDPR comes from other sources. That's why it calls its self as:
is a privacy-focused drop-in replacement for reCAPTCHA.
But, that is your own preferences. It is your own and I have also my own (but I will not just say what it is to respect your opinions).
Overall, hCaptcha is totally different (but API compatible) from ReCaptcha. ReCaptcha is more popular than hCaptcha. This component is just an alternative like for example Firefox (representing hCaptcha) is an alternative for Chrome (representing ReCaptcha).
I am not saying that this component is better than the other, as many say that everyone has "specific needs on features and privacy", and this is just an alternative.
hCaptcha is useless not reliable. I prefer the captcha v2 much better.
I used hCaptcha in past my users complained alot about it.

"Well, that part is not the component's problem. It is on the
hCaptcha's part."
Sorry, but it makes no difference to me WHERE the flaws are located. A component either DOES what it is announced to do or not.
You announced this one to be a working replacement for re-capcha, but it's not at all.
what do you mean by : ONE correct picture gets me accepted.
That (at times, not always) it's sufficient to select only ONE picture to pass. Although it is required to click on EACH appropriate image.
@Michael Zülsdorff, it is not like the ReCaptcha v2, it is like a mix of v3 and v2 with active and passive combined.
@Michael Zülsdorff
Well, that part is not the component's problem. It is on the hCaptcha's part.
When are multiple captchas required?
This depends on computed confidence in the visitor's humanity, the site difficulty setting, and other security factors. When a user fails a captcha, a new one will also be presented to the user.
By the way, what do you mean by :
ONE correct picture gets me accepted.
For me, there are 2 steps (NOTE: DIFFICULTY IS THE HIGHEST ONE) which on the first stage it has 3 pictures to select and on the second one is 2 pictures to select. Can you check which difficulty level your site is set on https://dashboard.hcaptcha.com/sites/ ? (IMPORTANT: THERE IS AN AUTO ONE)
It doesn't work reliably for me.
Being asked to click EVERY picture with a certain pattern
often clicking just ONE correct picture gets me accepted.
