Sir when registered user change his email its save no confirmation require .
Have you plane to include this feature because its very important for security

Up to now, I don't see a good reason for implementing another confirmation.
That's why I was asking:
What security issues do you expect to happen without that confirmation?

Whom are you afraid of? Your friend, who hi-jacked your Ossn community account to post uncountable empty messages here? What you don't know: He already hi-jacked your email account, too. So, even if Ossn would send a confirmation email, he would read it, click it. And that was that.
