I figured that, when I wrote "hold on a sec". Than I ran out of time to edit my post. LOL.

Roman this file is dynamically loaded and its not actual JS file, i have debugged this and the file handler is working fine the only problem is when ossn_isLoggedin is called before loading file is failed because there is no session his hosting is blocking or ignoring sessions on some places.

Which x10 hosting exactly are you using? Provide a link?

Please provide "test" user! I don't feel like registering and validating nothing.
I personally tested it on x10 and it works.

The site IS a paid host x10 premium

First error is that he didn't have script loaded.
The second thing is his hosting ignoring sessions on some pages. so when you do var_dump($_SESSION) you get nothing or NULL but on somepage you will get correct.

Resulting in user not logged in.

The only option is to move to premium hosting.

To conclude this Chat is not loaded due to session issues on his hosting.
