Is it possible for users to report not only the comment but also the answers?

I'm still not quite sure what you mean ...
1. A member adds a new POST on the wall
2. Other members or the same member are COMMENTING on that POST
Did you mean these COMMENTS?

What kind of 'answers' are you talking about?
