Thank you very much, i need this for editing profile, not for the user registration progress, because i want make anonmous users give a possibility to enter the site, but for joining a group for example, the user needs a filled user catergory and profile picture.

The one possible solution I see is to write a component that

1. Add a input type file on signup form either by extending it or by JS
2. Add first hook for user register action that check if image is supplied or not then throw error.
3. 3rd hook for user add and check if image is present and user that image as user new image.
