Will someone be able to create a plugin that will allow you to choose if the person is added as a friend or as a family? I would like to create a new tab on the profile page

Sorry, it's a bad example! I would like the person who adds a new user to his list chosen if the person is a friend or a co-worker! As if every time you add a person as a friend you can choose your friend's title? I don't know if I expressed myself well.

To add family member it need to be done form profile edit page
