Problem with Cyrillic names in messages sent in OSSN 7.2

Hello, I have a problem with names written in Cyrillic in messages sent in OSSN 7.2. Can somebody help me. I will be very grateful!

Can you just tell me possibly in which component file or system files the problem should be looked for..?

Check github link i mentioned in reply below. Since you are using old version you need to figure out yourself.

It's not worth it for such a small problem to lose all the useful changes in the whole system.. Can't I just change some part in
php code of any component?

Then you need to update your OSSN to 7.6.

No ..I'm using a modified OSSN 7.0
